New AV Eagle venture positions Greece as future hub for loitering munition manufacturing

AeroVironment (AV) has announced plans to establish an industrial presence in Greece through a new joint venture, AV Eagle, formed in partnership with Athens-based defense company Eyeonix SA. The move reflects growing demand across Europe for autonomous systems, loitering munitions, and counter-UAS capabilities amid a rapidly evolving security environment.
