Ondas expands precision-strike portfolio with acquisition of GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies

Ondas Holdings has announced the acquisition of GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies, strengthening its position in the rapidly expanding precision-strike and loitering munitions market. The deal brings advanced electronic safe-and-arm device (ESAD) and fuzing technologies into Ondas’ growing defense portfolio, supporting the development of next-generation autonomous strike systems.
