STM has entered the European defense market with its combat-proven loitering munition systems KARGU and ALPAGU, supplying them to a country that is both a NATO and European Union member state. The agreement marks a significant milestone in STM’s global expansion, increasing the number of continents where its unmanned systems are deployed to four and raising its total customer base to 15 nations.

The contract represents the first European export of both systems – KARGU, a rotary-wing loitering munition, and ALPAGU, a fixed-wing variant. Both platforms have been fielded extensively by Turkish security forces and demonstrated strong operational performance in counter-terrorism, special operations, and cross-border missions.
