UVision unveils aerial launch capability for Hero-120 loitering munition

UVision Air Ltd. has announced a new capability that allows its Hero-120 loitering munition to be launched from a range of utility and attack helicopters. The development marks a significant step in enhancing operational flexibility for rotary-wing platforms.

The new aerial launch configuration was developed in partnership with U.S.-based defense firms Fulcrum Concepts LLC and Mistral Inc. It enables helicopters to deploy the Hero-120 without requiring deep integration into onboard avionics or fire control systems.
